Upon arrival, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, with a rude night clerk who made us feel unwelcome. The room had a disgusting odor, dirty walls, and inadequate amenities, including only one towel for two guests. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired.

I recently enjoyed my stay here, especially being just over 2 km from the fun at Scandia Family Fun Center and a quick stroll to the California Route 66 Museum almost 6 km away, making it perfect for my weekend city walk adventures. the hotel also offered clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere that really made me feel at home during my trip.

Check-in was rough. The clerk had a major attitude. The room was incredibly dirty. I couldn't believe how the walls and floors looked. The kitchenette was misleading. a full-size fridge and microwave hardly qualify as one. I found mold beneath the bathroom sink and toilet. Loud, rude guests made it hard to relax. Trash filled the outside grounds. Had a headache after just 20 minutes inside. Really not a safe feeling overall. This place needs serious work to be comfortable.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed skiing at Wrightwood Ski Resort and spent time at Big Bear Lake. The location was perfect, just a short drive to both spots. Plus, the Green Tree Golf Course is right nearby for golf lovers!

The only downside was the slow check-in process. We had to wait longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating after a long drive.

We had a wonderful stay with our large family, including our little baby. The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from Wrightwood Ski Resort, making it easy for us to enjoy a ski day. The kids loved the nearby Green Tree Golf Course, which is only 1.5 miles away!

My children wanted a smoother check-in experience. It would be great if the front desk had more staff during peak hours to accommodate families better.
